As a valuced member of our practice you will work closely with a board- certifed cardiologist to provide coprhencsive cardiovascular care in an out patient setting. This is a fast-paced, highly collabroativec role suited for a motivated professional with a sgtrong clinical background in cardiology. Duties Perform detailed cardiovascular assessments, obtain hist ores, conduct physical exams and order/interpret diagnostic testing Manage chronic and acute cardiac conditions under physician supervision Coordinate care plans an educate patients on prevention and treatment Manage follow up care and provide continuity of care in collaboration with the cardiology team accurately document patient interactions in the EMR system Participate in stress testing, device checks, and procedural follow ups as needed Qualifications Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with active state licensure Minimum of 2 years of cardiology experience required Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a busy cardiology setting Excellent communication and organizational abilities Bilingual / Spanish speaking is a plus Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients dealing with cardiovascular issues!
