This position is ideal for a clinician with strong critical care experience who enjoys overnight practice and is comfortable taking substantial clinical responsibility. About the position Permanent position working night shifts in the ICU. Care for critically ill patients in a hospital setting. Bring strong clinical judgment and the ability to work with substantial independence. Communicate effectively with the care team and escalate clinical concerns appropriately. Specific shift hours, weekend rotation, procedural expectations, and available physician support will be reviewed during the interview process.
