Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience. 3 months of Epic experience is preferred. ASN completion required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >40 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted. Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details:

Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum 2 years (recent) Telemetry experience required. Telemetry step-down experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

3 years of experience preferred.

Required Credentials:

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing - Required.

Preferred Credentials:

BSN preferred.

Shift & Scheduling:

Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. No call.

Floating Requirements:

Floating is within the facility to like units as needed. 7 days maximum time off

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) NTC (National Telemetry Certification) BLS (Basic Life Support)
