Pay:

$55.00 per hour Qualifications Active New Jersey RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life care Strong knowledge of end-of-life care, pain and symptom management, and comfort-focused care Current BLS certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Physical examination completed within the past year PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years, if applicable MMR immunization documentation Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption Why Join Affirmed Home Care?
