Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem | Private-Duty Home Care | Union, NJ Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home. This position is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships, focused care, and the opportunity to use their clinical skills in a home care setting.

Pay:

$55.00 per hour Qualifications Active New Jersey RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care Current BLS certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Physical examination completed within the past year PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years, if applicable MMR immunization documentation Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption Why Join Affirmed Home Care?
