The Burn Center at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center (formerly Saint Barnabas Medical Center) is the only state-certified burn treatment facility in New Jersey, and one of the largest in North America. With 12 intensive care beds and an 18-bed step-down unit for less critically injured patients. The Burn Center provides expert care for patients of all ages. We are seeking a compassionate, intensive care Registered Nurse to care for our patients in their time of need. To be considered for this RN opportunity, you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing and a current American Heart Association BLS certification along with ACLS certification with I.V. certified from an approved facility. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred with a minimum of 2 years of intensive care experience required, preferably with burn care experience, and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC.
Scheduling Requirements:
Day Shift, Per Diem, 2-12.5-hour shifts per month, both shifts on weekend, 1-12.5 hour Summer Holiday (July 4th, Easter, Labor Day), 1-12.5 hour Winter Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
