Provide specialized perioperative nursing care for orthopedic, general, podiatry, GYN/OB including C-sections, pain management, urology, and endoscopy patients Demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care Collaborate with physicians, staff, and management to ensure top-quality patient outcomes Support patient advocacy, including family involvement and respecting cultural/religious beliefs Maintain clinical competency and stay current with hospital policies and procedures Administer medications following the five rights and ensure patient safety Document care accurately and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teamsWhat You Need:
RN license in New Mexico BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications At least 1 year of nursing experience in a relevant specialty preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time About theAssignment:
