Travel Nurse Opportunity - Join Our Team! Casa Arena Healthcare is seeking experienced and dependable Travel Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our nursing team. This is a great opportunity for nurses who enjoy the flexibility of travel nursing while providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. We are looking for nurses who are confident, reliable, clinically strong, and able to quickly become part of the team. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plans of care Administer medications and treatments as ordered Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify the appropriate provider and leadership Complete assessments and follow up on clinical concerns Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Supervise and provide direction to CNAs as appropriate Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition Follow infection prevention and safety practices Ensure resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations Provide dependable coverage for assigned shifts and work collaboratively with the nursing team Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in good standing Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Medication administration experience Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a new environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and commitment to assigned schedule Must meet all applicable employment and facility requirements What We're Looking For Our ideal Travel Nurse is someone who can come in ready to work, provide excellent resident care, and be a dependable member of the nursing team.
