Nights Key Qualifications:

Current RN license with ED experience Background in rural or critical access hospital settings highly preferred Experience serving Indigenous populations is a plus Able to work autonomously in a small ED with fluctuating volume (1:4-1:6 patient ratio) Must have reliable personal transportation (own vehicle required) Candidates must reside at least 60 miles outside the area (no local applicants)
