MUST

WORK IN BOTH L&D AND POST PARTUM
SHIFT:

12 hour rotating nights. Possibly covering holidays/weekends. 36 hours a week guaranteed with occasional labor call or overtime

Qualifications

Current New Mexico RN license or active Multi-State Compact (eNLC) license.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification from the American Heart Association (or equivalent).

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Education and clinical experience that provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for the assigned department.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to deliver compassionate, culturally competent care to patients of all ages (pediatric through geriatric).

Strong team player with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning.

Department-Specific Qualifications

Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP)

Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required.

OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification required within 12 months.

SAFER NM

Technician certification preferred.

Skilled in all aspects of perinatal care, labor support, delivery, and newborn assessment.

Knowledge of sterile technique and sterile field maintenance. Get in
