Nurse Supervisor of Acute Psychiatric Health

The Nurse Supervisor of Acute Behavioral Health will join an organization celebrated for patient safety achievements, nursing leadership development, and continuous quality improvement in behavioral health. The Nurse Supervisor of Acute Mental Health will report to the Behavioral Health Nursing Director and collaborate closely with the Medical Director of Psychiatry, case management, social work, and interdisciplinary therapy teams. In this role, the Nurse Supervisor of Acute Psychiatric Health will lead daily operations, mentor psychiatric RNs and mental health technicians, optimize staffing and throughput, champion evidence-based de-escalation practices, ensure regulatory readiness, and foster a cohesive culture alongside friendly nurses and a diverse team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and support professionals committed to person-centered care.
