Schedule/Hours:

Flexible scheduling with shifts available any day between Monday and Sunday Choose your own hours Commitment to a minimum number of hours per week or every other week

Key Responsibilities:

Perform annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan participants in their homes Assess prior and current medical history, medical conditions, and medication usage Deliver education and guidance to patients regarding their conditions and medications Identify gaps in care and provide clear recommendations for follow-up No prescription writing or creation of treatment plans is needed

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico Board certification as an NP through AANP or ANCC Current CPR (BLS) certification MSN degree from an accredited nursing school Preferably, at least six months of current Nurse Practitioner experience Enjoy pay rates between $80-$90 for each completed evaluation, and receive additional compensation for mileage and administrative time.
