Responsibilities:
As an Outpatient RN, you will deliver highquality nursing care in a clinical setting, supporting preventive care, chronic disease management, and evaluation of common medical concerns.
  • Support the provider with patient evaluations, rooming, chart prep, and followup care.
  • Triage patient calls and MyChart messages, provide guidance using protocols, and coordinate escalations.
  • Perform nurse visits, including vitals, immunizations, medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease support.
  • Conduct phlebotomy, manage specimens, and complete required documentation.
  • Maintain exam rooms, manage vaccines, stock supplies, and ensure safety and infectioncontrol compliance.
  • Assist with scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, and patient communication.
  • Provide patient education on medications, chronic conditions, and care instructions.
