What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult patients in a Medical/Surgical setting during night shifts Obtain and document initial assessments, establishing care priorities based on patient needs Reassess patients regularly to monitor progress and identify trends requiring intervention Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with standards of care Perform Point of Care testing and administer appropriate interventions Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning Document all patient interactions accurately and timely Support a positive environment by effectively communicating with patients, families, and staff

What You Need:

Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state BLS certification from AHA Previous Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude Ability to adapt to floating across departments and handle a fast-paced environment About the
