2989950321-2 Apply for this job now Job Description StaffDNA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care across travel, local, and staff assignments using our mobile-first platform. In this fast-paced, high-performance environment, you'll deliver evidence-based care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and document in EMR systems while maintaining safety and quality standards. You'll use StaffDNA's technology to manage assignments with transparency in pay, schedules, and benefits. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and care planning Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Document care accurately in EMR systems and maintain compliance with facility policies Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards in all care settings Adapt quickly to new facilities, units, and workflows as a travel or local RN Required Skills Patient assessment and clinical decision-making IV therapy, medication administration, and dosage calculation Wound care and post-operative management Telemetry and cardiac monitoring (as applicable) Care planning and discharge coordination EMR documentation (Epic, Cerner, or similar) Infection prevention and control Patient and family education Time management and prioritization in acute settings Interdisciplinary communication and collaboration
