Travel Contract We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying travel nursing opportunity in Elko, Nevada. Responsibilities Provide nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period Monitor maternal and fetal status and identify changes requiring intervention Assist physicians and providers during deliveries Administer medications and treatments as ordered Provide education and emotional support to patients and families Maintain accurate clinical documentation
