$78.94/hour + DOE (Base Pay of $70.17/hour include 12.5% temporary differential) Collects and documents data about patients seen on the unit. Interprets assessment data to prioritize treatment needs. Implements and evaluates individual plan of care. Prioritizes and assesses patient acuity and treatment modalities. Communicates discharge instructions and teaching. Possesses effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. Utilizes equipment properly. Participates in departmental growth and development. Pursues professional growth. Follows patient care standards. Ability to work standby. May cover Medical Surgery Unit. May be the only Emergency Nurse on the unit Demonstrates System Values in performance and behavior. Complies with System policies and procedures. Other duties as may be assigned. 2 - 3 years or related experience Upon Hire Upon Hire Employees hired into the department after September 1, 2012 must have California and Nevada RN licenses. If hired as a temporary or seasonal RN, must have current RN license in either CA or NV based on work assignment. Current employees as of January 1, 2023 must obtain their CA RN license no later than June 1, 2023.
