We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Home Health clinical QA processes and staff training. This role ensures OASIS accuracy, insurance compliance, and outstanding patient care, while training and mentoring our clinical team. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough QA of OASIS and Plan of Care documents. Train clinicians on best practices and compliance. Ensure documentation supports skilled need and insurance authorizations (e.g., utilization management) under Conditions of Participation. Provide hands-on clinical instruction and precepting for nurses and other healthcare professionals in diverse settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and home health environments. Provide real-time feedback and support for staff development. Balance office-based QA with training & field visits to ensure quality care.

Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience Strong OASIS and Plan of Care expertise Understanding of insurance/UM requirements for skilled need. Join us to elevate clinical quality—every note, every patient!
