$55 per hour w/Travel Stipends (when eligible) ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join leading a leading healthcare facility in Pahrump, Nevada. Position Summary The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care and care coordination for patients within an assigned healthcare setting. The RN utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring intervention Document patient care accurately and timely within the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions Prioritize and manage multiple patient assignments while maintaining quality care standards Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition Maintain compliance with infection control, patient safety, and regulatory requirements Advocate for patients while ensuring compassionate, culturally competent care Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, shift reports, and care planning meetings Operate and monitor medical equipment as required by the assigned unit Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Support organizational quality initiatives and patient satisfaction goals Qualifications Required Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum 1-2 years of recent clinical experience within specialty area Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams Preferred Previous travel nursing experience Specialty certifications relevant to assigned unit ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, or other specialty credentials as applicable Experience with major EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar systems Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout assigned shifts Ability to lift and transfer patients using proper body mechanics and equipment Must be capable of performing duties in a fast-paced healthcare environment Ability to respond quickly during emergency situations Required Certifications Current Nevada RN license ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) Shift Notes Nights 13 weeks initial contract auto offer Orientation will be the first two weeks- M-F days.
