PRN On-Call Registered Nurses Circle of Life Hospice is currently seeking two PRN Registered Nurses to support our 24/7 on-call coverage and ensure our patients and families have access to compassionate, responsive care when they need it most. These PRN positions provide flexibility while helping strengthen our weekend and after-hours coverage. Scheduling is based on organizational needs and RN availability. Your Role as a PRN On-Call RN As an on-call RN, you will play an essential role in ensuring our patients and families receive timely, compassionate care.Responsibilities may include:
Responding to patient and family triage calls Assessing patient needs and providing appropriate clinical interventions Making in-home visits when clinically necessary Providing expert symptom and pain management Responding to urgent needs, including falls and changes in condition Providing compassionate care and support at the time of death Supporting hospice admissions and crisis care Educating patients, families, and caregivers regarding end-of-life care Communicating effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team Supporting patients and families at our unique Hospice Guest House, where we believe no one should have to die alone Why Choose Circle of Life Hospice? - Established Excellence Locally owned and operated since 1999, Circle of Life Hospice has built a strong reputation for compassionate, high-quality hospice care throughout Northern Nevada. - A Supportive, Close-Knit Team We are a small team that values respect, collaboration, communication, and emotional support.
