Job Description
1. Mandatory Requirements to Apply Active RN license Strong recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing experience Strong clinical experience caring for cardiac and neurological patients Experience with thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular patient care/procedures Must meet all applicable credentialing requirements Relevant PCU certifications and clinical experience preferred 2. Roles & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring progressive and intermediate-level monitoring. Assess and monitor patients with cardiac, neurological, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular conditions. Administer medications and treatments and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while following established safety and patient-care protocols. 3.
