River Hospital's Convenient Care Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to work per diem. We are looking for a passionate, patient-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience providing care in an urgent care setting and is passionate about providing quality patient care. As a Convenient Care RN, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients in an urgent/convenient care setting. You will also be responsible for providing timely, compassionate patient care, while working in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Qualifications Graduate of an approved school of nursing Currently registered in the State of New York Ideal Candidate will have experience working in an Urgent Care setting Interdisciplinary communication skills BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire (courses offered onsite) Critical thinking skills It is the employee's responsibility to know the requirements for certification, limited permit and licensure for their individual profession. It is also the responsibility of the employee to notify the employer of the status of any certification or licensure issue or potential issue. The employee will comply with all of the requirements outlined by the New York State Office of professions for the particular profession.
