Starting at $36.67/hr. Registered Nurses (RN's) are eligible for additional compensation based on the shifts worked. Weekday evening shift

• additional 10% plus $2.00 per hour Weekday night shift
• additional 15% plus $3.00 per hour Weekend day shift
• additional 10% Weekend evening & night shifts
• additional 21% The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

Implements and monitors patient care Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient Notes and carries out physician and nursing Assures resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare Licensure / Certification /

Registration:

Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
