Complete admission, transfer, and discharge documentation accurately. Maintain detailed and timely nursing notes. Complete accident and incident reports as required. Report discrepancies regarding physician orders, charting, or medications. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders. Review resident charts, treatment plans, and medication records. Educate residents and families to promote health and well-being. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Qualifications Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current BLS/CPR certification. Long-Term Care or Nursing & Rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
