Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, professional, and vigilantSecurity Guard to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role requires strong observational skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to a variety of situations. Responsibilities Patrol and monitor assigned properties to ensure safety and security Serve as a visible deterrent to unauthorized access or suspicious activity Respond to alarms and incidents as directed by management Monitor CCTV systems Conduct routine security checks and inspections of designated areas Complete detailed daily digital logs and incident reports Document and report incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities accurately Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents, employees, and visitors Requirements & Qualifications Must possess a valid New York State Security Guard License Minimum 2 years of experience in security or a related role Experience with surveillance systems and incident reporting Comfortable using computers and web-based reporting software Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods Schedule Full-time 8-hour shifts available: 8:00 AM
