Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and patient triage Provide direct patient care within the ambulatory vascular surgery clinic Assist physicians and clinical teams with vascular surgery procedures and patient management Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and families regarding procedures, medications, and follow-up care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within

EPIC EMR

Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and clinical protocols Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ambulatory environment Required Qualifications Current New York State RN License/Registration Minimum of 1.5 years recent acute care nursing experience within the last 2 years Experience in hospitals of similar or greater size/acuity preferred Strong nursing assessment and clinical decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
