Responsibilities:

Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical cases, ensuring a sterile and safe environment. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other perioperative staff to deliver excellent patient care. Adhere to evidence-based protocols for infection control and patient safety. Document intraoperative care and update patient records accurately. Maintain surgical instruments and supplies, anticipating needs to ensure procedure efficiency. Participate in team debriefings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered RN license. 2+ years of recent experience in an Operating Room setting preferred. BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
