This is a full-time leadership position ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in infusion therapy who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is committed to delivering the highest standard of care directly in patients' homes. The Infusion Nurse Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing clinical operations, supporting nursing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring safe, consistent, and high-quality infusion services. Key Responsibilities Supervise, support, and provide clinical guidance to a team of in-home infusion nurses. Ensure quality, compliance, patient safety, and continuity of care across infusion services. Oversee and coordinate infusion services for patients receiving IV therapy in the home, including specialty medications. Train and onboard new nursing staff and provide ongoing education regarding infusion protocols, safety standards, sterile technique, and best practices. Monitor patient outcomes and clinical concerns and intervene or escalate as appropriate. Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team. Assist with nursing schedules and coordination of patient visits. Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Maintain compliance with applicable organizational policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State . Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience , including at least 4 years of infusion therapy experience . Strong knowledge of IV medications, infusion pumps, vascular access devices, and sterile technique. Previous supervisory, leadership, or nursing management experience is highly preferred. Previous Home Care or Home Health experience is highly preferred. Experience with home infusion services is strongly preferred. Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and comfort with mobile charting. Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability and willingness to travel to patient homes and support field nursing operations as needed.
