Job Description

Program Operations Director - Full-Time Registered Nurse As the Program Operations Director, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence and enhanced patient care. This dynamic leadership role blends clinical expertise with strategic oversight, working closely with physicians and medical staff in our advanced wound care centers. You'll be instrumental in aligning internal processes and external partnerships to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee hospital partner operations and collaborate directly with center staff and leadership Resolve operational challenges between the center, physicians, and hospital partners Lead and manage clinical and operational staff, including performance evaluations, behavioral guidance, and training Maintain a visible leadership presence in the clinic, setting the tone through example Partner with the Medical Director and team to implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives Develop and manage budgets, salary planning, and financial goals to optimize program utilization
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred (mandatory for Magnet hospitals) Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association Minimum of 3 years in nurse management or hospital service line leadership Strong strategic vision, fearless leadership, and a proactive mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); tech-savvy Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a creative approach Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural team environment We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
