Schedule:
A mix between Day/Evening (7am-7pm) and Evening/Night (7pm-7am), rotating weekends and holidays SUMMARY As a Registered Nurse, your nursing experience and leadership abilities allow you to develop and implement quality care plans for patients, while acting as a mentor to others on the unit.
CLINICAL LADDER LEVEL I-IV
The RN level will be determined at the time of hire based on the candidate's qualifications and ability to meet Clinical Ladder requirements. An established compensation add-on is applied to each RN level.
Level expectations include:
RN Level II:
Minimum 6 months RN experience; AAS in Nursing; completion of Clinical Ladder requirements within 12 months, including 3 activities per pillar (Leadership, Quality, Organizational Contribution), 9 CEUs, and 6 flex items.
RN Level III:
Minimum 1 year RN experience; AAS in Nursing; demonstrated clinical and leadership skills; preceptor and/or charge experience; completion of 4 activities per pillar, 12 CEUs, and 15 flex items.
RN Level IV:
Minimum 1 year experience in the specialty hired into; BS in Nursing required; expanded leadership role (charge, preceptor, mentor); completion of Clinical Ladder requirements within 12 months, including 5 activities per pillar, 15 CEUs, and 20 flex items.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assessment. Perform initial and ongoing assessment of the patient; demonstrate exceptional clinical judgment and advanced assessment skills; communicate and document assessment with interdisciplinary team; utilize all available resources in order to meet the needs of the patient and family Planning & Implementation. Develop and document plan of care, treatment and services; collaborate interdisciplinary health team to deliver care; maintains an appropriate nurse-patient relationship and provides an exceptional experience for the patient and family Evaluation & Education. Evaluate, communicate and document patient responses to care; revise plan of care based on ongoing evaluations; ensure the patient receives and understands education/training specific to their needs and abilities Training. Provide training for new team members on the unit; assume role of teacher for nursing students and other students shadowing on the unit; act as a resource for other team members for both clinical and non-clinical matters

14432 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
