RN Registered Nurse Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed Monitor resident health, report changes to physicians and families, and document appropriately Perform wound care, tube feedings, and other direct care tasks as needed Develop, update, and review resident care plans Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with the healthcare team Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
