Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent experience in PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) preferred BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Experience with post-operative patient monitoring and recovery protocols Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures Monitor vital signs, manage pain relief, and respond to patient needs swiftly Collaborate closely with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals Educate patients and families on post-surgical care and discharge instructions Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility protocols
