Monday-Friday | Flexible Schedule | Option for 4-Day Workweek Compensation:
$130,000-$150,000 Base Salary + Quarterly RVU Bonuses MedStaff Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing medical group seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services within skilled nursing facilities throughout the Cortland, NY area. This position offers autonomy, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with geriatric patients while working alongside experienced facility and clinical teams. Position Highlights Monday-Friday schedule Option for a 4-day workweek Flexible daily hours W2 or 1099 available Quarterly RVU productivity bonuses Strong administrative and clinical support Benefits Health Insurance Dental & Vision Coverage Malpractice Insurance DEA Reimbursement Four Weeks PTO Responsibilities Provide primary care services to nursing home residents Conduct routine visits, follow-ups, and chronic disease management Collaborate with nursing staff and facility leadership Participate in care management programs including CCM and RPM Maintain accurate documentation in SigmaCare, PCC, or similar EMR systems Requirements Active New York Nurse Practitioner License Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Active Medicare and Medicaid Provider ID Experience in primary care, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus Strong clinical judgment and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of geriatric patients.Benefits
