Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized nursing care aligned with specialty protocols and best practices Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and perform ongoing assessments Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions Document care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record system
