$42-$44/HR $6000 Sign on Bonus $$ Weekend Baylor RN opportunity available at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility located in Cortland, New York.
About Us:
Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is dedicated to exceeding expectations by offering the best quality and diversity of services with our professional team of caregivers focusing on each resident as a whole person. Our newly renovated Short Term Rehabilitation Unit features an expansive state-of-the-art Rehabilitation gym, hotel-like ambiance, a dedicated concierge Specialist, and an enhanced host of amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, and on-site beauty care.
Position Overview:
The Weekend Baylor RN will work two consecutive 16-hour shifts (on Saturday & Sunday) and be paid 1.25x the base rate. This is the equivalent of being paid for an additional shift!
Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Service:
Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process; perform various treatment procedures; provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, friends, and families; supervise assigned team members
Documentation:
Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete resident care documentation using computerized medical record process Supports LPN and CNA team: Direct the
LPN & CNA
in the timely completion of quality individualized personal care and ensure
LPN & CNA
documentation is accurate and complete
Medication Administration & Reporting:
Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal from/to appropriate staff as per departmental protocols
Requirements:
Current and valid NY RN License Experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital is a plus Valid CPR Certification What You Can Expect from
