Category Nursing - RN-Rehab/LTC Job Type Contract Deliver exceptional care as a Registered Nurse in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting, supporting individuals on their journey toward optimal health and improved quality of life. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a daily impact in a facility dedicated to fostering patient independence and comfort.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous experience in a rehab and/or long-term care environment preferred Strong assessment and clinical skills, especially in geriatric or post-acute patient populations Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per established protocols Monitor patient progress, document observations, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families Ensure accurate, timely charting and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions as needed Why Consider This Opportunity?
