Responsibilities Provide direct patient care using electronic health systems within a tech-enabled clinical environment Coordinate and monitor patient treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in digital medical records Support implementation and use of clinical software tools to improve quality and efficiency of care Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and technology-enabled care options Follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data-driven care optimization projects Collaborate with IT and clinical leadership to provide feedback on system performance and workflow enhancements Required Skills Patient assessment and clinical decision-making Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation Care planning and coordination Medication administration and reconciliation Infection control and patient safety protocols Vital signs monitoring and clinical triage Use of clinical software and digital health tools Patient and family education Interdisciplinary team collaboration Regulatory and compliance documentation
