$57.68/hr Job Summary RN Responsibilities & Expectations Perform and document frequent neurological assessments (including NIH Stroke Scale) Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms and respond to changes in real time Ensure compliance with stroke core measures (dysphagia screening, education, care plans) Administer medications using BCMA standards with a focus on safety and accuracy Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team (providers, therapy, case management) Manage admissions, discharges, and patient flow in a high-turnover environment Maintain a constant focus on falls prevention, skin integrity, and patient safety Required Clinical Skills- Medical-Surgical Nursing
