Registered Nurse - Telemetry Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit, a dynamic 22-bed unit that specializes in a diverse patient population including cardiac, respiratory, surgical, and mental health cases. Weekly Shift:

7am - 7:30pm

Contract:

13 Weeks Required Skills Active and valid RN license in New York Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a Med/Surg or Telemetry setting Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations Nice to Have Skills Experience with respiratory or surgical nursing Knowledge of mental health care practices Basic life support (BLS) certification from AHA (required) Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred Prior experience working in a hospital environment, particularly in cardiac or surgical units Other Requirements AHA BLS certification required Ability to work shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm Willingness to adapt to a fast-changing clinical setting Why Choose Medical Edge?
