Job Description

RN Educator Full-time Mon.-Fri days $87,750 salary The Absolut Center of Endicott is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic RN Educator to join our team. As a RN Educator , you will provide general orientation to new employees, clinical competency training and evaluation of nursing staff, and implement education programs for Certified Nursing Assistants. Responsibilities and Duties:

General Orientation of all new employees Clinical Competency training and evaluation of nursing staff Coordination of guest educators for programs, such as IVs and Respiratory Implementation of education programs for Certified Nursing Assistants per the education calendar In-service education of all employees as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Enthusiasm and eagerness to teach Clinical competency with basic nursing care Ability to work independently and anticipate educational need with motivation to start education Eagerness to learn new skills and participate in the Train the Trainer programs

Requirements/Qualifications:

1-year experience in Long-term care Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse CPR certified
