Medical Supplies Come and join the Daleview family! Daleview has a Per Diem opportunity for Central Supply Personnel to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Farmingdale, NY. The Central Supply Personnel is responsible for providing support to the facility's Nursing supplies as well as office supplies. Good organizational and communication skills are needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Must be able to: maintain emergency supply, do inventory weekly keeping par levels. Receives and interprets request Answers request and track information in logs, monitor and complete request for information Receive deliveries into building, checking packing slips to purchase orders for any discrepancies turning the slips over to Administrative Assistant. Restock each unit's stock room, as well as any other indicated storage areas, according to the par levels indicated daily Organize and coordinate functions relative to receiving, storing and inventory control of the supplies utilized throughout the facility. Maintain the Central Supply area in an organized fashion, reviewing expiration dates and restocking routinely. Perform other duties as requested

From $23.00 per hour
