Islandwide Full Time Professional 2 years exp Healthcare / Pharmaceutical, Medical / Therapy Services $2,800to$3,500 Monthly 11 applicationsPosted 06 Jul 2026Closing on 05 Aug 2026 Roles & Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities The Staff Nurse will be the responsible for providing excellent patient care at the centre, and is responsible for: Provide good nursing services for all patients - caring for patients before, during and after their consultations. Upkeep the standards of professional nursing practice. Support or chaperone doctors during procedures and consultations. Handle specimen logistics with third-party labs, ensuring time-sensitive tests follow appropriate handover protocols. Counsel patient financially in their management and investigations. Administer and/or prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures. Assisting in requesting for LOGs, and following up with insurances on LOG approval before patient procedures. Assist clinic manager with monitoring medication and supply levels, top up and unpack supplies, and monthly inventory count. Manage medical notes and proper documentation, maintain an accurate recording system, and ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols, PDPA and MOH Records Retention Guidelines. Assist clinic manager in incident reporting, SOP updates, and clinic audits as required by MOH licensing. Conduct training for care staff and provide health education to clients, enhancing overall care quality and patient outcomes. Ensure clinic cleanliness, infection control, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance protocols are met, in accordance with MOH and NEA infection control regulations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration - Enrolled Nurse or Staff Nurse. Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and AED certification. Familiar with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards. Able to handle patients professionally with empathy. Able to analyse rapidly changing situations efficiently and quickly, especially in a medical emergency. Able to work in a team and a fast-paced environment. Able to cover shifts on short notice to maintain consistent clinic service. Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact with patients, colleagues and other parties. An advantage would be the ability to handle Plato-Clinic management software, as well as demonstrate proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office).
