Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Travel ER RN — Highland, NY Position Overview Join a large, high-acuity Emergency Department with 80 treatment spaces in a modern clinical environment. This experienced and collaborative team is supported by strong leadership and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The department also provides specialized geriatric emergency care as the area's first ACEP-accredited geriatric ED. Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent ER RN experience Active New York RN license, NIH certification AHA BLS Permanent residence must be more than 50 miles from the facility EPIC charting experience Schedule & Requirements 36 hours per week Weekend requirement: 1 weekend shift per contracted week OR 2 weekend shifts every other weekend Must work at least 1 holiday during the contract No mandatory on-call, but call is highly recommended Weekly hours may range from 32-44 hours, averaging approximately 2 hours of call per contracted weel Block Scheduling, a rotating blocked schedule may be requested.
