This role centers on holistic, person-centered care and long-term health management across residential, and day-program settings.
Requirements Education/Experience:
RN degree from a regionally accredited college with one year of nursing experience and 2 years' experience
Certificates and Licenses:
NYS License as a Registered Nurse. Certification in CPR.

Wildwood Programs is a provider of educational, residential, employment, and other community-based supports to people with disabilities and their families. We hire those dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. Responsibilities Coordinates health care services for individuals including direct nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Assesses medical training needs of staff and assures that staff are adequately trained to perform ongoing medical care and treatment. Provides health education and training to the individuals. Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team to meet the needs of the individuals. Ensures quality standards for nursing services are in compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies and the Nurse Practices Act. Works with community agencies in planning services to meet needs of the individuals.
Additional Requirements:
A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required. Daily access to an automobile.
