Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN, you will be responsible for pre- and post-operative care, assisting in day-to-day patient care activities, and supporting our team in creating exceptional experiences for our patients. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow in the field of medical aesthetics, with hands-on training and mentorship in neurotoxins, dermal fillers and advanced laser technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the physician with patient examinations, photos, and treatment planning. Prepare injectables and assist with in-office surgeries. Set up operating room areas, including the sterilization of instruments. Assist with suture and drain removal, wound care, and post-operative telephone consultations. Provide exceptional customer service by working closely with patients to achieve their aesthetic goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and patient charts. Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Qualifications:
BSN, RN Active Registered Nursing License. 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting. Advanced clinical knowledge in nursing practices. Previous experience administering medical aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxin injectables, dermal fillers, and lasers is preferred Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to changing clinic demands. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the medical team effectively. A passion for patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
