Days / Evenings / Nights — various shifts available About the Opportunity We are seeking compassionate, clinically strong Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a 250-bed, 5-Star Rated Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care facility in Lewiston, NY . Our facility is committed to providing high-quality resident-centered care while supporting our nursing team with strong clinical leadership, teamwork, and professional development opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who takes pride in providing exceptional care to residents and wants to work in a well-established, high-performing skilled nursing environment. Position Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and facility standards. Assess resident conditions and promptly identify changes in health status. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation. Communicate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise and provide direction to LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel. Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings. Monitor residents for changes in condition and initiate appropriate interventions. Follow infection prevention, safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements. Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignified care to every resident. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Graduate of an approved nursing program. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but motivated RNs with other clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Commitment to resident-centered care.
