Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fine Dining Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our country club's upscale dining services. This role involves supervising the service of members during regular dining hours, as well as managing banquets and special events. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards of service quality, and lead a team of hospitality professionals in a dynamic environment that values professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff to ensure smooth and efficient service in the fine dining area, banquet rooms, and during special events. Oversee member interactions, ensuring personalized service that meets the club's standards for excellence. Assist in planning and executing banquets and events, including setup, service flow, and guest satisfaction. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety throughout all dining areas. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a professional team committed to delivering outstanding service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and resolve any service issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist with ordering to ensure availability for all dining services. Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally, aiming for swift resolution and positive outcomes. Enforce club policies and procedures related to health, safety, and service standards. Experience Proven experience in fine dining restaurant or club supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including banquet services and event management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and foster a professional work environment. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on delivering personalized member service. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience with event planning or banquet coordination is highly desirable.
