- The Per Diem Clinical Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) is a professional registered nurse with oncology-specific clinical knowledge, who provides individualized assistance to the patients, families, and caregivers through informed decision making, timely access to quality health and psychosocial care, and coordination of appropriate follow-up visits throughout the cancer continuum.
- Qualifications
- + Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing required. + Master's degree preferred + 3-5 years minimum demonstrated clinical and administrative expertise in the area of nursing practice assigned. + 2-3 years' experience in Oncology + Licensed as a registered nurse with current registration in New York State. + ONS/ONCC Chemo Bio Cert
