Qualifications :

UAS experience

REQUIRED

At least 1 year of RN experience required AlayaCare experience preferred Start of Care experience preferred

Onboarding Requirements :

Active NYS Registered Nurse License & Registration BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Physical and QuantiFERON (completed within the past year) MMR Titers (within the past 10 years)

NPI Number Malpractice Insurance Pay Rate:
