•5:00 PM We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support medical misconduct investigations through clinical record review, investigative analysis, interviews, documentation, and collaboration with medical and legal professionals. Key Responsibilities Develop investigative plans and conduct investigations related to medical misconduct Review and analyze medical records and clinical investigative materials Provide clinical input and professional opinions as part of investigations Conduct interviews with complainants, attorneys, licensees, subjects of investigations, and other relevant parties Analyze investigative data, quality assurance information, criminal records, and malpractice information Obtain, review, and evaluate documentary evidence Document investigative activities, interviews, communications, and findings Collaborate with investigative staff, medical coordinators, medical experts, pharmacy consultants, attorneys, and management Communicate with outside entities, healthcare facilities, and agencies Prepare completed case reports for presentation to the Board for Professional Medical Conduct Prepare investigative correspondence for stakeholders, licensees, complainants, and the public Review practice monitor reports and vet monitors Communicate with pharmacies and licensees as needed Minimum Qualifications Current New York State Registered Nurse license and registration Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience 3 years of investigative experience preferred Knowledge of investigative techniques Experience with professional medical conduct processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Basic computer skills, including word processing and database applications Interested candidates?
